Exercise Description:
Power Lunge with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball
Classification:

Instruction:
Bending from the hip, lengthen the body into a bent-over position. Keeping abdominals pulled in and a neutral spine, arms are extended below the chest, out from the shoulder, holding onto the TheraGear® Power Weight Balls. In an explosive movement, jump into a split squat (lunge), extending the arms overhead at the same time. Be sure to keep the TheraGear® Power Weight Balls close to the body throughout the movement. Correct and do the movement with the other leg ending behind the body.
