Rear-Delt Extension at 45 Degrees with Fitband

Instruction:
Securely anchor Fitband to an object or door knob in front of you. Loosely wrap ends of Fitband around each hand and lean forward from the waist until your upper body is at a 45 degree angle. With your knees slightly bent and your abdominals contracted, extend your arms in front of you. Then, open arms to the sides while pulling your elbows behind you. For variation, alternate arms.
