Squat with Alternating Shoulder Press with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball

Instruction:
Begin in squat position with TheraGear® Power Weight Balls at each shoulder, palms facing outward. Move upward, driving through the heels into a standing position, while extending one arm directly above the shoulder. Keep the palms facing outward throughout the arm extension, avoiding a twist to the side. Return to the starting position, and repeat the exercise, extending the other arm.
