Squat with TheraGear® Body Toning Bar behind neck

Instruction:
Begin with feet hip-width apart and place TheraGear® Body Toning Bar on shoulders behind head resting on upper trapezius. Contract the abdominals, and inhale slowly sit back into the squat keeping the weight into the heels and knees aligned with the toes. Don't allow the chest to collapse forward. Hold for 2 seconds. Exhale and slowly return to standing position.
Repeat 15 to 20 times.
