Exercise Description:
Squat with TheraGear® Extreme Balance Board, TheraGear® Core Disks and Medicine Ball
Classification:
Balance, Core Stabilization, Legs
Instruction:
Place one TheraGear® Core Disk under each end of balance board. Stand on board with feet hip-width apart, holding a medicine ball overhead. Perform a squat without ends of the board touching the TheraGear® Core Disks below. As you squat lower arms, bringing medicine ball toward balance board. As you stand up, extend medicine ball back over head.
