Exercise Description:
Standing Overhead Extension with Fitband
Classification:

Instruction:
Stand with good posture, feet hip-width apart. Holding the ends of Fitband in each hand, extend left arm toward floor, hand by your hip. Extend your right arm to the ceiling and bend your elbow so your right forearm is behind your head and right hand is by your left shoulder. Straighten your right arm, extending it toward the ceiling. Make sure your right elbow stays close to the side of your head. Release, complete set and repeat left side.
Common Mistakes:
Poor posture, allowing elbow to flare out to the side.
