Exercise Description:
Standing Shoulder Stretch
with TheraGear® Body Toning Bar

Instruction:
Start with feet hip-width apart and slowly bend over from the hips until the back is parallel to the floor. Grip onto the TheraGear® Body Toning Bar with both hands and lift the tailbone up toward the ceiling to create a natural curve in the lower back. Hold for 45 seconds to a minute.
