Thrust and Stride with TheraGear® Ankle Tubing

Instruction:
An excellent exercise for skaters. Stand with feet hip-width apart, tubing attached to both ankles. With toe pointed, extend one leg to your side while balancing in a quarter-squat on the other leg. Return to starting position and repeat other leg.
