Tennis Fore Hand Swing with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball

Instruction:
This is a sport specific movement that is specific to tennis. Imagine the TheraGear® Power Weight Ball is a racket. One can either begin the stroke from the outside line or from the inside line (arm across the body). Extend the TheraGear® Power Weight Ball back, like a racket, and then follow through as per a stroke, stepping into the movement, and finishing with the TheraGear® Power Weight Ball controlled at the shoulder. With the follow through, drop into a lunge, then return to the start position. Repeat for sets.
