Start by standing in Tadasana mountain pose. Walk the right foot forward and step the left foot back. Face both feet, hips and shoulders forward. Notice the feet are hip-width apart and place the hands in reverse Namaste by pressing the palms together behind the back between the shoulder blades, fingertips facing up towards the sky. Gently roll back through the shoulders and open the elbows to the side. Lift the right kneecap up and push down through all four corners of the feet. Lengthen the spine, tuck the chin in gently to lengthen the cervical vertebrae. Inhale, gently arch the spine and look up, keep the palms pressing together and the elbows open to the side.
